956 RIDECO LLC - RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY AND DRIVERS

• Authorized Drivers: Only the Renter and drivers verified on the Wheelbase profile may operate the vehicle. "Authorized Driver" includes a spouse if they meet age and license requirements.

• License Verification: Renters must hold a valid driver's license and provide a "selfie" with the physical license for remote-unlock authorization.

2. PROHIBITED USES

The following uses are a material breach of this agreement and void all insurance protections:

• Mexico Border: Crossing into Mexico is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 recovery fee.

• Off-Roading: Operation on unpaved roads, sand, or rugged terrain.

• Commercial Use: Use for ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft), delivery services, or towing.

• Reckless Behavior: Racing, speed tests, or driving under the influence.

3. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

• Primary Insurance: Renter’s personal automobile insurance is the primary coverage for all third-party claims and physical damage to the vehicle.

• Loss of Use & Diminished Value: Renter is liable for the daily rental rate for every day the vehicle is out of service for repairs, plus any reduction in the vehicle's market value.

• Admin & Fees: Renter is responsible for administrative fees, impound costs, and towing related to any incident during the rental.

4. FEES AND PENALTIES

• Smoking/Vaping: A $150.00 cleaning fee applies to any smoke odor or residue.

• Extreme Dirtiness: Excessive soil, sand, or pet hair shedding will result in a $150.00 fee.

• Late Returns: Unauthorized late returns are billed at $50.00 per hour.

• Tickets & Tolls: Renter is 100% responsible for all traffic violations and toll charges incurred.

5. REMOTE OPERATIONS

• Telematics: Vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for security. Renter consents to data collection for safety and recovery purposes.

• Keyfob Management: Physical keyfobs must remain inside the vehicle upon return as instructed. Loss of a keyfob results in a full replacement and programming fee.
